What is the most expensive item you have purchased or considered purchasing for your reborn? I'm considering this beautiful vintage gown/dress by an ebay seller. Its about $80. For sure will be an heirloom.

I haven't yet purchased anything that expensive for my reborns. I'm the extremely creative type, so I tend to make things that might be on the expensive side (like baby beds, etc.) But rest assured that if I found something I loved that I thought was absolutely perfect for my little one, I would certainly be willing to pay the price if I had it. I have purchased antique baby gowns in that range for a very special antique porcelain baby doll that I have, for instance. And just a few days ago I bought a single pacifier for around $15 with shipping on etsy. And it's not even magnetic! (Not yet, I'll do that myself.) Although that's a lot for one little pacifier, it was just too perfect for my incoming little one's theme so I simply had to have it for her. One of the most fun things about this hobby is finding those very "special" items for our little ones.
